To help with the transition, it’s a good idea to start this program with a little more caffeine than you normally have.  Really liking the drinks!  No withdrawal symptoms.

Video Summary:

Drink mix has more caffeine than my normal energy drink: 200 mg vs. 160 mg.

Higher caffeine helps transitioning to new drink since starting with more caffeine.

No withdrawal symptoms at all, drinks taste really good.

Day two normally the worst day for headaches when going cold turkey, but no withdrawal symptoms at all so far on this program.

When will the headaches kick in? Or will they kick in at all?

Transition from my normal energy drinks to the new drinks is going easier than I thought.
