I came up with a name for the program: The T Minus 30 Method!
Video Summary:
Still Looking forward to my morning caffeine hit.
Drink mix has the same caffeine as two cups of coffee.
No withdrawal effects, but psychological worry that caffeine amounts are decreasing.
Caffeine gets me up in the morning, is there a replacement?
Named the program the “T Minus 30” method
Is there a natural way to wake ourselves up that wouldn’t require caffeine?
