Day 7:  If I Should Fail

What should I do if I fail, and go off the program?

Video Summary:

Exercise seems to help with Caffeine cravings

Still no physical withdrawal symptoms.

What should you do if you go off the program?

If you mess up once or twice don’t worry about it, if you mess up three times start over again and mix up a new batch of drinks.

**See below for how to mix up a partial set of drinks**

Only doing these videos in the morning to show the program in action.  I’m not normally a morning person and future videos will probably be in afternoon.

Drinks still seem pretty strong and still have plenty of caffeine.

“World of Caffeine” Review:  most comprehensive and scholarly of the books I got.

Origins of coffee, tea and chocolate. Coffee came from Arabian peninsula, tea from China, chocolate from New World.  In 1600s all converged simultaneously into Europe. Been in western culture for 400 years. Has become a huge business.

Caffeine products weren’t yet established during Shakespeare’s time (late 1590s, early 1600s) in England.  He never used the words coffee, tea or chocolate in any of his works.

How did European countries deal with this new drug infiltrating their societies? Why was caffeine allowed, where other drugs were not.

Are energy drinks the next wave of caffeine into the world? Energy drinks are stronger, with more than just caffeine, and they’re targeted to younger people.

I personally believe almost everything should be legal, I’m just showing a potential way to quit through gradual withdrawal for people who may be interested.

**How to mix up partial set of drinks **

The easiest way to mix up a partial set of drinks is to:

Remove 2m from first energy shot and pour remainder into bottle 1.

Remove 4 ml from second energy shot and pour remainder into bottle 2.

Remove 6 ml from third energy shot and pour remainder into bottle 3.

Remove 8 ml from fourth energy shot and pour remainder into bottle 4.

etc.

Its probably best to just discard the amount you remove from each bottle, but you could always just save it for later!
