Drinks seem to be help in easing down from the withdrawal symptoms!

Video Summary:

One of the benefits of this gradual withdrawal program is that, in the period after the withdrawal symptoms first kick in, the drinks seem to help ease down.

I may be confusing the alcohol and caffeine stories.  Similar to the book “Buzz,” although perhaps the alcohol may actually be helping me in the caffeine withdrawal period 🙂

Checked out YouTube clips about “caffeine.”  Popular song by Yoseop Yang gets most hits.

Several short summaries of caffeine by a variety of YouTubers.

Supplement “Quitcaff” is being marketed.

Most YouTube clips seem to be more quick paced videos in contract to my style, which may not be popular on YouTube.

I spend around $1,000 a year on caffeine at least.

I’ve been drinking caffeine regularly for at least 25 years, so I’ve spent more than $25,000 on caffeine.

I will be saving $1,000 a year from now on.

Have I permanently messed up my brain over the past 25 years?

A total of more then 10,000 caffeine hits from caffeine molecules disrupting my adenosine transmission system – that could do permanent damage, or make it hard or impossible to stop immediately.  Maybe 30 days is not even long enough, or maybe my brain will never be able to recover fully, and I can never quit.
