Sleep getting better, anxiety getting better, acid reflux getting better!

Video Summary:

Was not able to find Pendergrast books at my library.

Will probably only do periodic videos after I’m finished program: personal caffeine issues, book reports, current events.

Still been having low grade headache for last few days: hard to describe how I’m feeling.  Not great and not terrible, still have cravings, but they are not overwhelming.

Sleep getting better, anxiety getting better, acid reflux getting better!

May stop taking Prilosec for acid reflux soon.

Easing out of the idea of doing daily videos, in favor of more occasional videos.

Want to be able to watch caffeine story from the sidelines as a non-caffeine user, so I won’t be freaked out if the authorities ban anything.
